Resident robots
A docked robot lives at your pool and does the routine cleaning on its own schedule. It is designed to stop when a person or pet is in the water or nearby, and to rest when you would like quiet.
Founding homes in Austin, starting this winter
A quieter way to care for a house. Small resident robots do the daily work out of sight, a local technician checks in, and you spend your weekends on the people you love.
Need pool care before then? Request pool care now: we match you with one vetted local company that does the work. Free to ask, nothing booked until you say yes.
How it works
We begin with the pool, because that is where a home asks the most of its owner.
A docked robot lives at your pool and does the routine cleaning on its own schedule. It is designed to stop when a person or pet is in the water or nearby, and to rest when you would like quiet.
Because the pool keeps itself between visits, a local technician comes every two weeks instead of every week. They check the equipment, the water, and anything the robot cannot do.
Salt chlorine kept at the low end of the safe range, and automatic chemistry that makes small, steady adjustments so the water stays balanced between visits.
The pool cleans and balances itself, and a local tech visits every 2 weeks. Estimated at about $225 a month plus 8.25% Texas sales tax (about $244 with tax) after a one-time upgrade of roughly $2,500 to $7,500, depending on what your pool already has (salt, automation, a robot). Prefer the traditional way? Classic Pool is a weekly visit with chemicals, estimated at about $285 a month plus 8.25% Texas sales tax (about $309 with tax).
Estimates only; confirmed after a free remote review. Monthly prices are before Texas sales tax (8.25%), which is added to your bill; any tax on the one-time upgrade is shown in your written quote. Plans are scheduled maintenance. They do not promise repair or replacement of equipment.
The Clean Standard
No synthetic pesticides unless you approve a disclosed, targeted exception. We name every active ingredient before we use it.
Everything is a chemical, so we do not hide behind slogans. We publish the list, in order of what we reach for first:
Honest limits: some problems, such as fire ants near a child's play area, may need a targeted treatment. We say so plainly in your quote and you decide. This summary is a draft of our published standard.
Street pricing
When homes on the same street join, we are on the street anyway. We pass the savings on.
| Homes on your street | Estimated saving |
|---|---|
| 3 homes | 5% |
| 6 homes | 10% |
| 10 or more homes | 15% |
A customer-owned robot mower, kept tidy for an estimated $99 a month plus 8.25% Texas sales tax.
Quiet exclusion work: weep-hole mesh, sealing, and rabbit fence, so pests are kept out by design.
Add-ons are planned, not yet available. Prices are estimates, before 8.25% Texas sales tax.
Founding homes
We are starting where we can serve well: Westlake, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Steiner Ranch, Cedar Park, and Round Rock. A small number of founding homes will help us shape the service.
Questions
First service is planned for this winter (late 2026) in Austin: Westlake, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Steiner Ranch, Cedar Park, and Round Rock. Dates may shift; founding homes will hear first.
A Self-Keeping Pool needs a salt system, automation, and a docked robot. If your pool already has some of these, the upgrade costs less. We estimate $2,500 to $7,500 in total, and confirm the figure after a free remote review of your pool.
No. Our plans are scheduled maintenance only. We do not promise to repair or replace equipment. If we notice something that needs attention, we tell you and can provide a separate quote.
We do not apply synthetic pesticides as routine. If a real health or safety need arises, we may propose one targeted exception. We name the product and active ingredient first, a licensed applicator does the work, and you can decline.
Safety is the first design rule. Our robots are being specified to stop when a person or pet is detected, to keep pool equipment off while a pool is in use, and to rest from dusk to dawn. We will publish the safety details before launch. No robot replaces adult supervision around water.
We use software to schedule and to answer routine questions. Any assistant you chat with will tell you it is an AI, and a person is available when you want one.
We intend to make leaving easy. Final terms will be published before launch and reviewed by counsel.
