Our partners
Who does the work, and how we choose them
Today, every Edenkeep pool-care request is served by an independent, locally run Austin-area pool company. They do the work and bill you directly. Here is exactly how that arrangement works, including the money.
The short version. A partner company cleans your pool, not Edenkeep. If you sign up for weekly service with the partner we recommend, the partner may pay Edenkeep a referral fee. You do not pay it, and nothing is added to your bill. Pearl, who answers our requests, is an AI assistant; a person, Edenkeep's owner, stands behind every match.
How a match works
- You ask. You send a short request on the pool-care page: first name, ZIP, how to reach you, and what your pool needs.
- We pick one company. We choose one partner that covers your ZIP and fits the job, and tell you who it is and why. We only share your name and contact with that one company, and only if you said OK on the form.
- They quote, you decide. The partner quotes its own price and terms. Nothing starts until you say yes to them.
- We check in. About 30 days later we ask how it is going. If it is not right, we raise it with the partner or find you a different one.
How we choose partner companies
- Local and Austin-area. Locally run companies that serve Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Lakeway, Bee Cave, or Georgetown. We pass on national chains, franchises, and lead-selling networks.
- Residential weekly service. Companies whose main business is keeping home pools clean week to week, not pool builders or commercial-only firms.
- A strong, consistent review history. We read public reviews before we reach out. So far we have only approached companies rated 4.7 stars or higher on Google, and we skip any with patterns of complaints.
- Their own insurance. Partners agree in writing to carry their own general liability insurance. You are always welcome to ask the partner for proof of insurance before service starts.
- Plain dealing. Partners agree that you will be told they are an independent company and that Edenkeep may receive a referral fee.
Texas does not require a state license for residential pool cleaning, so reviews, insurance, and how a company treats its customers are what we weigh.
The referral fee, in plain numbers
When a homeowner we referred signs up for recurring weekly service, the partner pays Edenkeep $75, once, after that customer's first paid month. One-time cleans carry no fee. The fee comes out of the partner's side; it is never added to your price, and partners do not pay us just to receive a request.
Partners do not buy placement. We recommend the company we think fits your pool and your ZIP best, and if it does not work out, we will match you with someone else.
Where we are today
Edenkeep is new. We began reaching out to Austin pool companies in October 2026 and are agreeing terms with our first partners now. We do not list partner names on this site; when we match you, we tell you the company's name, where to read its reviews, and why we chose it.
Edenkeep's own technician service is planned for this winter (late 2026). If a partner serves you well, you never have to switch.
For pool companies
If you run a residential pool service in the Austin area and want new weekly customers, these are our terms, in full:
- We send you Austin homeowners who asked for weekly pool care, with their consent.
- You quote and serve them directly, and carry your own general liability insurance.
- Fee: $75 per referred customer who signs up for recurring weekly service, owed after their first paid month. One-time cleans: no fee.
- Each referral carries an Edenkeep code. You report signups monthly; we check in with the customer once.
- No exclusivity, no minimums. Either side can stop anytime; customers already referred stay yours.
- Pearl is an AI and says so in every message.
- The homeowner is told plainly that you are a partner company and that Edenkeep may receive a referral fee.
Interested? Tap below to open a short email with the questions already filled in (company name, the ZIPs you cover, a link to your reviews). Pearl, our AI, replies within a business day, and a person reviews every new partner before any referral is sent.
No mail app? Write to pearl@pearlworks.io with your company name, the ZIPs you cover, and a link to your reviews. Nothing is owed until a homeowner we referred signs up for weekly service.
