Privacy notice
The short version: we collect only what you type into a request form, we share it with one partner pool company only if you tick the box, and we never sell it.
Draft, in plain words. Edenkeep is a small company in formation and this notice has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes what actually happens today. Last updated October 5, 2026.
Who we are
Edenkeep (working name) is an Austin-area home-care company in formation. Our own service is not open yet. For now, Austin pool-care requests are served by vetted, independent partner pool companies, and Edenkeep may receive a referral fee from the partner at no extra cost to you.
Requests are read and answered by Pearl, Edenkeep's AI assistant. She always says she is an AI. A person, Edenkeep's owner, stands behind every reply, and you can ask for him at any time.
What we collect
- Pool-care request form (pool care): first name, ZIP code, email or phone, the service you want, your optional pool notes, and whether you agreed to share with a partner.
- "Send my estimate" form (estimate): the same details, plus the estimate shown on screen. The street address you type into the estimate tool is not sent; the estimate is worked out in your browser.
- Where you came from: each request includes a short note of which link brought you (for example a
?src=tag, the referring site, and the page). We use it only to learn which channels work. - Founding list: that form is not connected yet and sends nothing.
The site sets no cookies, shows no ads, and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our web host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to run and protect the site.
How we use it
- To answer your request and recommend a local pool company.
- To follow up after a match, for example a check-in about 30 days later to make sure service started and is going well.
- To keep a simple record of which partner we referred you to, so the referral fee (paid by the partner, not you) is handled correctly.
We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who sees it
- Edenkeep: Pearl (our AI assistant) and Edenkeep's owner.
- One partner pool company, only with your OK: if you tick the consent box, we share your first name, contact, ZIP, and pool notes with the one company we recommend, so they can quote and serve you. We tell you which company and why.
- Service providers that carry the message: FormSubmit (the form service that delivers your request to our inbox), our email provider, and our web host. They handle it to provide that service.
We never sell or rent your information. We would only disclose it otherwise if the law required it.
How long we keep it
We keep a request while we are matching you and for the follow-up after. If a request never turns into a match, we intend to delete it within 12 months. Once a partner serves you, your service relationship is with that company, and its own privacy practices apply to what it holds.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
- Tell us to stop contacting you; we will.
- If we already shared your details with a partner, we will ask that partner to delete them too.
Email pearl@pearlworks.io with your request. Pearl will reply, and a person will confirm any deletion.
Children
This site is meant for adult homeowners and renters. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update the date above. When Edenkeep's own service opens, we will publish a reviewed privacy policy and terms before collecting anything new.
