About Edenkeep

What is Edenkeep?

Edenkeep (a working name) is a small Austin-area home-care company in formation. We are starting with pools. Our own service is not open yet, so for now we connect Austin homeowners with vetted local pool companies and stay their point of contact.

How new are you?

Very. We began taking pool-care requests in October 2026. We have no long track record yet, which is why we work with established local companies for the service itself and say so plainly.

Where do you serve?

The Austin area only: Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Lakeway, Bee Cave, and Georgetown. If your ZIP is outside the area a partner covers, we will tell you so instead of sending you somewhere that cannot serve you well.

Who will actually clean my pool?

A vetted, independent partner pool company, not Edenkeep employees. We tell you which company we recommend and why, and nothing is booked until you say yes.

How do you choose the company?

We look for a locally run company that serves your ZIP, agrees to carry its own insurance, and has a strong, consistent review history. We match you with one company, not a list of bidders. How we choose partners.

Does Edenkeep get paid for the referral?

It may. If you sign up with the partner we recommend, the partner may pay Edenkeep a referral fee. You do not pay it, and we do not add anything to your bill.

What does it cost?

Asking us is free. The partner company quotes and bills its own service, so its price, schedule, and terms are confirmed with you before anything starts. We cannot promise a particular price. For a rough idea of what Edenkeep's own future plans may cost, try the estimate; that is not a partner quote.

Will I be locked into a contract?

That depends on the partner's terms, which you see before you agree to anything. If a contract length or cancellation rule matters to you, put it in your pool notes and we will weigh it in the match.

What if I am not happy with the service?

Tell us. We will raise it with the company on your behalf, and if it still is not right, we can recommend a different one. About 30 days after service starts, we check in to make sure it is going well.

Can you help with a green pool or a one-time clean?

Yes, you can ask for weekly care, a one-time clean, or a green-to-clean. Choose it on the pool-care request form and we will look for a partner that does that work in your area.

Pearl, our AI assistant

Is Pearl a person?

No. Pearl is Edenkeep's AI assistant. She reads each request and replies by email or text, usually within one business day, and she always says she is an AI. A person, Edenkeep's owner, stands behind every match, and you can ask for him at any time.

What happens to my details?

They come to Edenkeep's inbox. With your OK, we share your first name, contact, ZIP, and pool notes with one partner pool company, and no one else. We never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Full details are in the privacy notice.

Edenkeep's own service

When does Edenkeep's own service start?

Our first own-technician service is planned for this winter (late 2026) in Austin, starting with a small number of founding homes. Dates may shift; people on the founding list will hear first.

If a partner serves me now, do I have to switch later?

No. Your service relationship is with the partner company, and you can stay with them. When our own service opens, you are welcome to ask about it, but you never have to.

Where can I read about the future plans?

The home page describes the Self-Keeping Pool plan, the Clean Standard, and street pricing. Everything there is an estimate and not yet available.
