Who does the work, plainly
Until Edenkeep's own techs are on your street, service is performed by a vetted partner pool company, not by Edenkeep employees. Edenkeep may receive a referral fee from that partner. It costs you nothing extra. How we choose partners.
Pricing, schedule, and service terms are set by the partner company and confirmed with you before anything starts. We cannot promise a particular price or result, and we will tell you which company we are recommending and why.

Who replies: Pearl, Edenkeep's AI assistant, reads each request and replies by email or text, usually within one business day. She will always say she is an AI. A person, Edenkeep's owner, stands behind every match, and you can ask for him at any time.
What happens to your details: they come to Edenkeep's inbox. With your OK below, we share your first name, contact, ZIP, and pool notes with one partner pool company, and no one else. We never sell your information.
